We are currently seeking dedicated Coffee Specialists to join our team in the Cornerstone café. If you have a passion for good coffee, are interested in a busy Café and looking to develop your knowledge with an industry leader, then this opportunity is for you.

You will have the chance to work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a commitment to our 'Can-do' Attitude and Strong Team Player culture values
  • Café duties such as preparing and serving food and beverages
  • Taking customers' orders and clearing tables
  • Suggestive selling of menu items
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of products with enthusiasm and efficiency
  • Developing a genuine interest and understanding of food and drink
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance

Essential criteria:

  • Previous barista experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles
  • Retail Services Licence (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Competencies (or willing to obtain)
  • Commitment to delivering a high standard of service and customer focus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
