Cafe Specialist

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Baristas to display their skills in our Cornerstone cafe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for good coffee, are interested in a busy Cafe environment, and looking to develop their knowledge with an industry leader.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the existing team to provide exceptional customer service.

• Café duties; such as preparing and serving food and beverages for consumption on the premises.
• Taking customers food and beverage orders.
• Clearing tables.
• Suggestive selling of menu items.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of products with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Have a genuine interest and understanding of food and drink.
• Promoting and monitoring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of WHS principles.
• RSA and RCG Competencies (or willing to obtain).
• Commitment to a high standard of service and customer focus.
• Must be prepared to work shift work, weekends, and public holidays.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $25-$30 per hour.
