About the Role

We are seeking a Coffee Experience Specialist to join our team at Bankstown Sports Club.

As a Coffee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a high-quality coffee experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty beverages with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance in the café area.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced café environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of WHS principles and RSA and RCG Competencies.
