Account Manager Position

The role of an Account Manager involves owning the territory, building strong relationships, and driving growth among residential and commercial clients.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing a region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and maintaining a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.
  2. Engaging in high levels of customer-focused activity, regularly visiting key customers to build strong relationships.
  3. Managing customer relationships: Delivering exceptional service and support to high-value customers across the region.
  4. Identifying, developing, and acquiring new customers to expand business.
  5. Collaborating closely with local branch staff, sales team members, and industry stakeholders to establish a supportive network.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales experience from any industry; full training provided for LPG expertise.
  • A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver daily activity, and passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently, possess excellent time management skills, and take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, personal presentation, and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
