You'll play a central role in ensuring Queensland's workers' compensation scheme operates with fairness, integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing briefs of evidence and delivering legal advice to investigators and the Regulator
  • Preparing and managing matters for trial, sentence or appeal
  • Advocating in court or instructing external counsel on complex prosecutions
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the justice system

This role also involves reviewing confronting or distressing content. You'll be supported with professional supervision and access to wellbeing services.
