Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic customer relationships and drive customer adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement and beyond.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve process quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Facilitate product training for clients via remote or in-person sessions.
  • Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Drive upsell revenue through new product feature adoption and expanded usage.
  • Manage customer complaints and proactively communicate feedback to product development teams.
