The Estate Planning Specialist will deliver professional services to the community, drafting documents and contributing to team performance within a network. Key responsibilities include drafting legally compliant instruments, coordinating venue logistics for community events, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and executing legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments
- Coordinating venue hire logistics for Plan Ahead Days and community engagement activities
- Providing direct and timely administrative support to ensure a seamless end-to-end service focused on customer satisfaction and outcomes
- Current driver's license and ability to travel across NSW as required
- Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Possess a background in legal services or experience working in a legal environment
