About The RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to deliver professional, high-quality and timely Wills and Estate Planning services to the community. This includes drafting simple planning ahead documents and contributing to team performance within the Estate Planning Network. The role aims to increase market share and provide direct and timely administrative support to ensure a seamless end-to-end service that is customer focussed.
Key responsibilities include undertaking pre and post-appointment activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery, assisting with local community engagement events to boost brand awareness, and maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery through various strategies, including face-to-face and video conferencing.
As a consultant, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals. You will also have opportunities to learn and develop your skills in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents.
