We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of estate planning services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of legal documents.

This role requires the ability to build trust with customers, maintain confidentiality, and provide accurate information. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and executing legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments, as well as coordinating community engagement activities.

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, timely services to the NSW community. This includes providing face-to-face and video conferencing services, managing high work outputs, and balancing consistency in service delivery across a large geographic area.

About You

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting simple planning ahead documents
  • Contributing to team performance within the Wills and Estate Planning Network
  • Coordinating venue hire logistics for Plan Ahead Days and community engagement activities
  • Maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery through various strategies

Requirements

Essential requirements include:

  • Current driver license and ability to travel across NSW as required
  • Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents
  • Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes
  • Available to work after hours and weekends as required
