Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Wills and Estate Planning Specialist. This role involves delivering high-quality, timely, and customer-focused Wills and Estate Planning services to the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting planning ahead documents, contributing to team performance, and increasing market share. They will also provide direct administrative support to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery, aligned with our Customer Excellence Principles.

This is an ongoing, full-time role requiring 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be based in Wagga Wagga and must have a current driver's license and ability to travel across NSW as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional, high-quality, and timely Wills and Estate Planning services
  • Drafting planning ahead documents and contributing to team performance
  • Increasing market share and providing direct administrative support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Problem-solving and solution-focussed approach
  • Background in legal services, paralegal services, or experience working in a legal environment
