
Estate Planning Advisor

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a team that supports and empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their estate planning. As a Wills and Estate Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to customers across the region.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide professional, timely, and customer-focused Wills and Estate Planning services. This includes drafting simple planning ahead documents, contributing to team performance, and increasing market share. You will be responsible for delivering services that align with our Customer Excellence Principles, drafting and executing legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments, and coordinating venue hire logistics for community engagement activities.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery, providing direct administrative support to meet the diverse needs of our customer base. You will also maintain a contemporary approach to service delivery through various strategies, including face-to-face and video conferencing.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake pre and post-appointment activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A keen interest in social outcomes, justice, and advocating for people, and demonstrate high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A problem-solving and solution-focussed approach to your work
- Possess a background in legal services, paralegal services, or experience working in a legal environment
