We are seeking an experienced Wills and Estate Planning Specialist to join our team.
- This is a full-time role requiring 35 hours of work per week.
- The location of this role is in Wagga Wagga. It is customer-facing and requires office attendance five days per week.
- The primary purpose of this role is to deliver professional, high-quality, and timely Wills and Estate Planning services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering services that align with Customer Excellence Principles, drafting and executing legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments, and coordinating logistics for community engagement activities.
- Undertaking pre and post-appointment activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery, assisting with local community events, and maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery.
- Managing high work outputs and competing demands to generate favourable customer outcomes, while balancing consistency in service delivery across a large geographic area.
Requirements:
- A current driver licence and ability to travel across the state as required.
- A willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
- Ability to work after hours and weekends as required, particularly in certain circumstances.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development.
