Job Description:

About Us

We specialize in providing purpose-designed solutions for our customers, handling containers, bulk, automotive, and general cargo.

The primary objective of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors.

Main responsibilities include negotiating, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement strategies and business plans each financial year in collaboration with operational teams to meet group targets and goals.
  • Promote the brand to clients within the portfolio.
  • Prepare sales and business reports as required by management.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers.
  • Manage and coordinate with customers on all contract-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years in commercial or operations roles, focusing on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, business, or related disciplines are highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management within the relevant industries.
  • Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a demanding environment.
  • Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
