About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and other critical business applications. This role will involve technical leadership, architecture, requirements definition, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM applications, Power Platform technologies, and other key business systems. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee architecture, requirements definition, design, build, and configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Power Platform Development & Management: Develop, configure, and manage Power Platform apps, with a primary focus on Power Pages.
  • Delivery Management: Act as the delivery manager for CRM, Power Platform, and other business application projects.
  • Solution Leadership: Lead solution delivery for business and IT initiatives across multiple applications.
  • Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with governance processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with process owners, business and IT stakeholders, and delivery teams to continuously improve delivery processes.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business, IT, engineering, or project management. Proven experience in leading diverse technical teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative culture, driving team performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of CRM applications, Power Platform technologies, and other key business systems. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
