About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and other critical business applications. This role will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, and accepted by business process owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee architecture, requirements definition, design, build and configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Ensure enhancements and user stories are identified, documented, analyzed, reviewed, and prioritized with business process owners.
  • Power Platform Development & Management: Develop, configure, and manage Power Platform apps, with a primary focus on Power Pages (previously known as Power Apps Portals). Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and Liquid to customize and extend capabilities.
  • Delivery Management: Act as the delivery manager for CRM, Power Platform, and other business application projects, by ensuring effective management of the delivery lifecycle and adherence to governance processes.
  • Solution Leadership: Lead solution delivery for business and IT initiatives across multiple applications.
  • Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with governance processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with process owners, business and IT stakeholders, and delivery teams to continuously improve delivery processes for CRM, Power Platform, and other business-critical applications.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading diverse technical teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative culture, driving team performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Broad knowledge and delivery management experience with CRM applications (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics), Power Platform technologies, and other key business systems.
  • Technical experience in system design, configurations, testing, or deployment.
  • Experience in business process analysis, mapping, and improvements.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
