**Job Summary**

WaterNSW is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital initiatives and ensuring the successful application of the Benefit Realisation Framework.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and create practical tools and processes to support digital initiatives and ensure the successful application of the Benefit Realisation Framework.
  • Provide oversight review of digital initiatives benefits and proposed benefits prior to formalisation of commitments in business cases.
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective assessment and reporting tools to measure initiative benefits delivery.
  • Collaborate with project leads, stakeholders, and change agents to oversee readiness and change management processes.
  • Partner with change agents in the business to conduct assessments to evaluate the readiness of the organisation, portfolios, and individuals to embrace change.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, and/or Project Management, with demonstrated experience of completing benefit identification, analysis, planning, and tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience of guiding and coaching sponsors and benefit owners through benefit realisation end-to-end lifecycle of activities.
  • Demonstrated experience of providing executive-level reporting and insights on overall portfolio of benefits that have informed decision-making and provided confidence in benefit realisation likelihood.
  • Extensive knowledge of benefit realisation frameworks and the practical application, including benefit analysis.
  • High proficiency in financial and non-financial benefit analysis and tracking tooling.

**Favourable Requirements**

  • Sound working knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK, and Agile.
  • Experience with Benefits Readiness & change management methodologies.
