Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery and upholding high standards of workmanship.
  • Manage multiple job sites simultaneously, coordinating trades and suppliers to maintain build schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting site inspections and quality control checks as necessary.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide regular updates and communication to clients, meeting their needs throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
