We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Site Manager to oversee projects from site start through to handover. This role involves managing multiple residential construction sites, coordinating trades, ensuring site safety, maintaining build quality and keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Job Description:
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
  • Manage multiple job sites simultaneously
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with trades, suppliers and internal teams to maintain build schedules
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices

Requirements:

  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
