This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in Brisbane as a Residential Construction Site Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction sites from site start through to handover.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities with a focus on achieving high standards of workmanship
- Overseeing the management of multiple job sites simultaneously to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment
- Liaising with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedules and quality control
- Providing regular updates and communication to clients regarding project progress
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
