Looking for a challenging role that leverages your trade background and supervisory experience in residential construction? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.
- Oversee approximately 15 sites across the Sunshine Coast, working closely with a close-knit team of 7 Supervisors.
- Collaborate with an Area Building Manager who leads from the front, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional outcomes.
- Be part of a wider group of 50+ Supervisors, enjoying strong systems, support, and career pathways that foster growth and development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Leading Hand or Carpenter with their Cert IV in Building & Construction, ready to step off the tools and take the next step. Alternatively, it may suit an experienced Supervisor seeking a reputable business with a strong pipeline and family-oriented culture.
Requirements- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (mandatory)
- Trade background or supervisory experience within residential construction
