**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to collaborate with the Site Manager in overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale residential project.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work and support the Site Manager to execute the construction plan for the townhouse development.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality residential homes, ensuring adherence to project timelines and workmanship standards.
  • Prioritize site safety by enforcing regulations, conducting regular inspections, and providing guidance to tradespeople on safe work practices.
  • Direct trades and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient workflow on site.
  • Report directly to the Site Manager, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**

  • 3 years of experience working on residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong background in delivering residential homes, commercial buildings, and townhouses.
  • Familiarity with large-scale residential projects or commercial construction is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate trades on site.
