We are seeking an experienced and skilled Employment Services Professional to join our team at Pinnacle Rehab. As a key member of our vocational placement team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with injuries or disabilities to find employment opportunities.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by building relationships with employers and facilitating job placements. With your strong business-to-business sales and relationship management experience, you will be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the growth of our services.

Your day will be filled with a mix of client meetings, market research, and analysis of labour market trends to identify future vocational option trends. You will work closely with our internal teams to provide insight into labour market and employment trends, ensuring that we are always ahead of the curve when it comes to supporting our clients.

About the Role

  • Generate new business employer relationships to facilitate employment placement and work trial opportunities for workers and injured persons across all divisions within the company.
  • Ongoing relationship management of current employer contacts.
  • Promotion of services and SIRA Vocational Programs to potential employers.
  • Management of internal employer vacancy database.
  • Liaising with internal teams, providing insight into Labour Market and employment trends.
  • Analysis of internal reports and labour market analysis to identify future Vocational option trends.

What You'll Need

  • Business to business sales/business relationship management experience ideal.
  • Car and valid Driver's license.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong cold calling and reverse marketing experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and performance driven.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
