Job Summary

WISE Employment is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities, illnesses, or employment barriers to achieve their career goals and secure sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized job plans to support participants in achieving their employment objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job application skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and community organizations to source job opportunities and promote our services.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants in the workplace, addressing any challenges or barriers that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer-centricity, resilience, and adaptability, with a growth mindset.
