About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Incident Manager to join Humanised Group's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading incident resolution efforts, driving process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead incident resolution efforts and ensure timely resolution of IT service disruptions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and auditing protocols
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a technology company
  • Proficient in IT service management, process development, and internal and external communications
  • ITIL certification and experience with IT service management frameworks
  • Located in Brisbane or willing to relocate from within Australia
  • Australian Citizenship required due to clearance requirements
