Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to support service operations in a temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process sales and purchase orders, invoices, and delivery updates.
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, and provide advice and assistance.
  3. Coordinate transport and scheduling for outgoing orders.
  4. Monitor overdue orders and update due dates.
  5. Prepare estimates and quotes in line with pricing policies.
  6. Liaise with internal teams to manage stock and order accuracy.
  7. Support sales team with quotations and general enquiries.
  8. Provide general administration support across the business and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and/or internal customer service roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communication and solid time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) – intermediate level required.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and administrative work.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP system is an advantage, but not essential.
