The Role
  • Support the Administration Manager and Centre Manager in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless centre operations.
  • Provide expert support to the shopping centre management team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other critical documents.
  • Coordinate with tenants and vendors, including contract management, agreement negotiation, and invoice administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, upholding data integrity and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate on event planning and coordination.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Previous experience in the property management or retail industry is beneficial.
