Job Title

A part-time administrative role is available in Burleigh Heads. If you're detail-oriented and have a customer service background, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This position involves managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and offering administrative support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have accurate data entry skills, experience with accounting software, and a friendly, energetic personality.

  5. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.

About the Role

  • Position: Administrator
  • Contract: Permanent Part-Time
  • Hours: 4 full days per week (8am to 4pm)
  • Location: Burleigh Heads QLD

Your Daily Responsibilities

  1. Customer Accounts: Managing customer payments, following up on overdue accounts, and setting up new customer accounts.
  2. Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and handling inquiries.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide support to the General Manager, manage insurance claims, and maintain the company's archive system.
  4. Financial & Data Entry: Handle daily data entry accurately and promptly, including creating invoices for customer orders, processing supplier receipts and fuel costs, assisting with weekly banking, EFTPOS, and PayPal transactions, and preparing monthly reports.
