**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our Sydney-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, confident in communication, and able to influence senior leaders across all functions of HR.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an accounting or professional services firm, and be well-versed in managing training diaries, driving engagement and recognition activities, and achieving business goals.

The successful applicant will take ownership of key HR projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of a positive employee experience.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the NSW training diary
  • Assisting with driving engagement and recognition activities
  • Helping to achieve business goals
