At Adelaide Festival, we're seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture.

This position offers the perfect blend of human resources expertise and creative flair. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective people initiatives that drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2+ years' experience working in a similar role.

You will possess strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, can-do, and has a collaborative approach to work.
