Overview
Randstad HR Partners is proud to be exclusively partnering with a respected global law firm.
The firm is seeking a HR Generalist for their team in Sydney, CBD.
This is a full-time permanent position working with an international employer.
You will play a pivotal role within a collaborative and forward thinking HR Team.
Reporting into the HR Manager of Australia, you will be supporting across all Australian offices on day-to-day HR operational duties and working on national HR projects.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate key employee programs related to health and wellbeing, benefits, and performance evaluations.
You will also support initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and overall staff engagement
Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as reporting, managing staff grievances, and responding to internal enquiries about policies and benefits.
You will also assist with workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance
Coordinate the implementation of firm policies, ensure legal compliance with human resources laws and regulations, and provide strategic guidance to leadership
Support the firm's L&D initiatives by helping to develop and implement training programs
Key Requirements
Experience within a similar role and environment
Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
