Guest Service Agent All Rounder (Part Time)

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm, responsive and luxury service to ensure their stay with us is unforgettable.

The Role

  • Welcome guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out
  • Assist guests with requests and create memorable experiences
  • E nsure timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensure the security of our guests and their possessions
  • Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities
  • Meet and exceed guest expectations and confidently handle customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner

Key Qualifications

  • Natural ability to authentically connect with people
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable
  • Previous experience with Opera is favourable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays
  • Pas sion for hospitality and enthusiasm for people
