About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts Portfolio (PPAG) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our overall product and fulfiller management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts with smaller size 3rd party fulfillers, ensuring seamless product fulfillment and excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain close partnerships with self-service 3PFs, providing support on questions related to self-service tools and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the PPAG team to develop and implement strategies for sourcing new products, prioritizing and reviewing product quality.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the PPAG team and CARE agents, providing product information and support to enhance sales.
  • Maintain and update companion product lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain sample order processes with 3rd fulfillers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Review product setup on Vista sites regularly, ensuring accurate product data and reducing order rejections due to incorrect information.
  • Work with internal teams and fulfillers to prioritize and resolve escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation of 3PF relationship management, using tools to track ongoing discussions, meetings, and notes.
  • Partner with teammates to create scale and drive efficiency, aligning on best practices and processes.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in detailed-oriented data handling and general administrative work.
  • Prior experience working with fulfillers and account management is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in the promotional physical products industry is essential, with experience in the apparel and promotional product industry being desirable.
