About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement function at a well-known FMCG company within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic management of local and overseas suppliers to ensure continuous supply, quality, value, and innovation.
  • Strategic sourcing of raw materials and indirect spend to optimize procurement activities.
  • Collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, and wider supply chain teams to drive business growth.
  • Analysis of industry and market demand trends to inform procurement decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to drive value and innovation.
  • Execution of supplier contract management and tender processes.
  • Identification and mitigation of potential risks, capacity constraints, and contingency options.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist, Category Manager, or Sourcing Manager who can demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, experience sourcing new suppliers, and expertise within FMCG, specifically food.

This role offers hybrid working and can be based in either Petersham or Smithfield.
