About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts Portfolio (PPAG) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our overall product and fulfiller management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with smaller size 3rd party fulfillers (e-commerce product fulfillers) to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and fulfillers to prioritize and resolve escalations.
  • Develop and maintain close partnerships with self-service 3PFs, providing support on questions related to self-service tools.
  • Support strategy PPAG Assortment sourcing by contributing to NPI ideation, prioritization, and quality review.
  • Act as a single point of contact for PPAG Team & CARE agents regarding products and product information to enhance sales.
  • Maintain and update companion product lists to ensure accurate product data.
  • Establish and maintain 3rd fulfiller > end customer sample order processes.
  • Review product setup on Vista sites regularly to ensure accurate product data is displayed, reducing order rejections due to incorrect information.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in detailed-oriented data handling and general administrative work.
  • Prior experience working with fulfillers and account management is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in the promotional physical products industry is essential, with experience in the apparel and promotional product industry being desirable.
