About the Role
  • Responsible for programme management of a wide variety of initiatives across markets while embedding a unified employee experience.
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to operate across diverse business units with commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive level.
  • Proven capability in project management and internal communications.
  • Experience measuring program impact through metrics and reporting.
About You
  • Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams.
  • HR Generalists with significant experience with strategic and implementation of D&I programs are encouraged to apply.
