Job Title: Diverse Workforce Manager

About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that involves leading the advancement of organisational culture through holistic wellbeing programs, strengthening events that promote inclusion, and uplifting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging through internal communications and campaigns.

The role requires engaging closely with senior leadership, cross-functional steering groups, and regional representatives globally to shape and amplify key initiatives, tailoring them across markets while embedding a unified employee experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives, operating across diverse white and collar business units, and managing stakeholders at executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive programmes to promote diversity, equity and belonging
  • Design and deliver holistic wellbeing programmes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at executive level
  • Operate across diverse white and collar business units
  • Measure programme impact through metrics and reporting

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering wellbeing programmes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive level
  • Commercial mindset and passion for purpose-led leadership and cultural impact
