Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role presents a key leadership opportunity.

Responsibilities include leading teams across multiple sites, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and fostering a strong team environment focused on delivering exceptional service within the Western Health Best Care Framework.

This position requires experience in gathering and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as working collaboratively with People & Culture business partners to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
