The primary function of the Operational Excellence Manager is to oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation. This includes monitoring production output to meet quality standards and established targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and monitor production strategies, policies, and plans;">
  • Manage daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation;">
  • Enhance production personnel competency through coaching, training, and skills assessment;">
  • Provide production reports on key performance indicators, including output, yield, rejection rates, and productivity analyses;">
  • Monitor and analyze production data on cost, margins, production lead time;">
  • Analyze and refine improving production methods and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and production flow;">
  • Facilitate cross-departmental information sharing, leading and coordinating multi-team collaborations;">
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth and profitability.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree in Science or Engineering;">
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as a factory or production manager or engineer;">
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal;">
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;">
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet the required time lines for orders production and delivery;">
  • Ability to motivate and lead the production team in various departments of the company.">
