Job Title

As a dedicated and experienced workplace facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an efficient and productive work environment.

The successful candidate will have expertise in project management, stakeholder relationships, and office operations, with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences to all office users.

  • Coordinate and project manage workspace moves, changes, and transitions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Optimize workplace functionality by identifying and resolving issues in collaboration, work, and break-out areas on a daily basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders while meeting client expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain soft services standards such as cleaning and maintenance, ensuring tasks are raised and completed from initiation to resolution.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in office and workplace management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships and small projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite is required.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solution-focused, team-oriented, with excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
