As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough process assessments to identify areas of improvement and inefficiencies.
- Prioritize high-impact processes for review and analysis.
- Facilitate workshops to understand current state process maps and build future state requirements.
- Develop staff capabilities by coaching them in business improvement tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Assist with the implementation of organizational process governance and policy development.
- Capture and document key processes in a central shared repository.
- Provide guidance on policy and procedure development based on business improvement outcomes.
- Collaborate with vendors/suppliers during procurement processes.
- Develop a strategic program of work to improve organizational processes and deliver key improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in expert advice provision and facilitation of continuous improvement workshops.
- Proven experience in training/coaching business process improvement tools and methodologies.
This is a short-term project position requiring 3 days of work per week. The opportunity to extend your contract exists from September 2025 to June 2026.
