Operations Facilitator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and that suppliers and subcontractors are effectively managed. They will also be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and conducting administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily operations and ensure seamless facility management
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders
- Conduct various administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Purchasing/operations/admin experience essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel
