**Key Roles & Responsibilities:**

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with the Business Institute to conceptualize and implement a frontline capability uplift framework, focusing on elevating sales and relationship management proficiency across Commercial Banking.

This Manager will also be accountable for overseeing the Commercial Banking role readiness program to provide comprehensive support to new starters.

**Key Tasks Include:

  • Designing and delivering targeted training and skill development sessions for bankers
  • Owning the Commercial Banking role readiness program to ensure seamless integration of new starters

**Required Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in training and capability design, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective learning solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Experience in coaching and training delivery roles, with a focus on empowering employees to excel in their roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining a proactive risk management mindset
