**YOUR ROLE**

Become a valued member of this team of risk capability specialists. You will assist to develop and run a capability process to ensure the Group continues to have appropriate risk management, compliance, and regulatory capability, including the requirements of the Cross Industry Prudential Standard (CPS) 220 Risk Management.

**Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years risk management experience with an insurance, audit, or financial services provider.
- Experience with compliance education and training programs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group to reach common approach.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant industry experience in risk related role.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Agile thinker and quick learner, someone who seeks to solve problems and can see beyond the noise.
- Knowledge and understanding of education design and professional development programs would be ideal.
