About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Estimator.

Main Responsibilities:

- Reviewing project plans and preparing detailed estimates.
- Analyzing costs, materials, and timelines for construction projects.
- Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Providing expert advice on cost savings, budget management, and strategic planning to project managers and clients.
- Documenting any changes in project scope and updating estimates accordingly.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Utilizing specialized software, such as AutoCAD, to prepare project designs and updates.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in infrastructure development, including road design and wind farm projects.
- Proven track record of delivering accurate estimates and managing project costs effectively.
