Job Title: Senior Estimator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our construction project management team.

This is a key role that involves leading tendering for heavy refurbishment and new build projects, working closely with the Project Director and Pre-Construction Manager to shape strategy and direction, mentoring and guiding junior estimators, and managing multiple tenders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Senior Estimator within the construction sector, or a strong Estimator ready to step up into a senior role. You should have a background across heavy refurbishment and new build projects, and be skilled at managing several tenders at once without compromising detail or accuracy. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
