Business Transformation Consultant

(i.e.,) is currently seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant with an agile mindset to join our team.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating client business and system requirements into functional and technical requirements.

  • Deliver a defined roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure requirements are captured and delivered timely
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Ensure backlog grooming and assist the team in progressing work
  • Communicate dependencies, issues, or risks and plan resolutions
  • Collaborate with the Delivery lead to manage stakeholder demands and deliver outcomes

About You

You are organized, focused, and excel at solving complex business problems. You navigate stakeholder inputs and cross-functional communication calmly, always focusing on delivering value.

  • Facilitator - Good facilitation and presentation skills, able to present to diverse audiences
  • Technically Minded - Strong technical background, experience with content management systems, APIs, web services, and understanding system integrations. Experience with headless technology and Sitecore is a plus.
  • Problem Solver - Love solving problems and bringing order to chaos
  • Multi-Tasker - Manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Strong Communicator - Comfortable interacting across technical and business teams, including senior leadership
  • Big Picture & Detail - Able to see the overall strategy and dive into details
  • Process-Oriented - Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Agile - Self-starter, experienced in fast-paced environments, with knowledge of SAFE and PI planning
  • Collaborative - Build trust across teams
