We are seeking a Strategic Improvement Project Lead to lead strategic improvement projects, supporting the development and delivery of key initiatives that are relevant to the delivery of ambulance services in Victoria.
To be successful in this role, you will be a high performing individual with strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, project management and communication skills. The role would be suited to individuals who are comfortable working with complex issues, in multidisciplinary teams and with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves providing high quality business intelligence, authoritative advice and sound policy and project recommendations to senior management and government based on comprehensive research.
You will oversee the development of policy and project initiatives that meet government and departmental objectives within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
Additionally, you will share your expertise with others, focusing on building capability across the team and broader department.
