Remote Healthcare Opportunities

We are seeking a General Practitioner to provide essential healthcare services in remote Pilbara communities through our clinics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care, working closely with local healthcare teams and collaborating with specialists as needed.

About the Role:

  • Work 3 days per week in outreach clinics, traveling by plane and 4WD for an adventurous workweek
  • Clinic days typically run from 7am-4.30pm, with Monday reserved for administration and flexibility
  • This is a permanent 0.8 FTE position based in Port Hedland, with FIFO job-share options available

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • FRACGP or FACRRM registration is required
  • Unconditional AHPRA Specialist GP registration is necessary
  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, including general practice, emergency medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics, and gynaecology is required
  • Interest in clinical education and telehealth, with experience in Indigenous health, remote community care, and shared antenatal care is highly desirable
