We are seeking highly skilled and passionate swimming instructors to join our team at Victoria Health Club in Melbourne, AU. If you have a strong commitment to teaching effective swimming and water safety skills, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

The Role

As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to our members, helping to grow our swim program. You will need excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons enjoy their visit every time.

You will be working with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for swimming and water safety. Our club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including a high-performance gymnasium, personal training, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool, recovery pool, recovery equipment, and learn-to-swim lessons.

Our holistic approach to health and wellbeing creates a high level of engagement and interaction, customer experience, access, and inclusion along with evidence-based services provided in-centre.

Belgravia Leisure has 250 locations across Australia and New Zealand, offering health clubs, wellness and spa, golf, aquatic, and sporting venues.

We are committed to providing a child-safe environment and require successful applicants to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.
