Water Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and committed water instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching small groups of swimmers, emphasising safety and fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging swimming lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and safe learning environment
  • Contribute to the overall administration of the swim school as needed

Requirements:

  • Hold current Swim Australia, Life Saving Victoria or Austswim Teaching Accreditation
  • Experience teaching children and adults with varying abilities and skill levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for water safety and enjoyment of water for all ages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Baby Teaching, Swimmers with a Disability and Advanced teacher of Swimming qualifications
